Running more than one center creates a tension. You want consistency, because inconsistent pricing and policies confuse customers and are impossible to manage. You also need local flexibility, because each house has its own league schedule, its own peak hours, and its own market.
Independent multi-site operators are the norm rather than the exception. The top 50 companies account for roughly a third of industry revenue, which means most of the market is independents, plenty of them running two to five houses against a chain that has 360.
Locations are configured individually. Adding a fifth center is not instant and we will be upfront about setup time rather than promising a switch you flip.
